GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide excellent customer service to our clients Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site Respond quickly to critical situations Ability to read and write detailed reports Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards Vehicle patrols Foot patrols Access control responsibilities Ensure physical security of facilities Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
TWIC Card Preferred, but not required to be hired A valid driver's license is required Driving history must meet GardaWorld Security Services standards At least 18 years of age or older (21 at Some Sites) as required by applicable law or contractual requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Stable work history Customer service experience/skills Computer and phone skills General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) Pass an extensive screening process Must be able to obtain an Iowa Security Officer License (GardaWorld will Pay the cost) Legally authorized to work in the United States Recommended Skills Access Controls Customer Service Physical Security Telephone Skills Transportation Worker Identification Credential (Twic) Card Contract Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
